Be respectful to all cosplay. Please ask for permission before pictures or attempting to touch anyone’s costumes. Please be cordial to everyone and their space.
Please be kind to all whom choose to participate. Work goes into a lot of these costume designs, and it is important to each of the cosplayers.
There will be no real weapons permitted within the building. Or part of a costume design. They must all be props. No metal.
The cost to enter the cosplay competition is completely free this year. We encourage more and more people to dress up and be part of the magic.
For all props that are firearms. They must have an orange tip to signify that they are not real. No Metal weapons whatsoever. All weapons must be fully inspected at the front door for approval.
Be mindful of all your surroundings while you are in costume. Be aware of range of interacting with others costumes and space needed.

The contest Will Take Place Saturday October 18 at 5:30 PM.
Typically effort and time spent is not judged. Judges are only looking for the quality in the final product.
All contestants can request a performance portion on stage if they want. Stage presence and acting can enhance the overall score. This will not count against you.
Judging of costume goes into all of the details with items like accuracy and precision, quality and construction, technique and difficulty, and completeness of costume.
Lots of time goes into judging. Once the announcements have been made it is final. Please be respectful as all Judging is subjective and varies with every judge.
